Job Details

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on accountant to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our F&B business. You will work closely with operations and management to ensure accurate reporting, cost control, and financial compliance across all outlets.

Key responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounting: AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
Monitor food & beverage cost of goods, variance analysis, and inventory reconciliation
Prepare daily sales reports and cash flow summaries across outlets
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with senior management
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors
Process payroll and liaise with HR on staff cost allocations
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail
Hands-on experience with Tally Prime is required; proficiency in MS Excel is essential
Solid understanding of cost control principles in a multi-outlet environment
Strong attention to detail, organised, and able to meet tight deadlines
CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
