Job Details

The Cashier is responsible for handling customer payments, processing transactions accurately, issuing receipts, maintaining daily cash records, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves coordinating with car wash staff to ensure smooth billing and service operations.
Greet customers professionally and assist them with payment and billing inquiries.
Receive cash, credit/debit card, and other approved electronic payments.
Generate invoices and issue receipts for all transactions.
Accurately record daily sales, payments, discounts, and refunds.
Maintain the cash register and ensure sufficient change is available.
Reconcile cash and card transactions at the end of each shift.
Prepare daily cash and sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
Verify car wash services provided before processing payments.
Inform customers about available car wash packages, promotions, and additional services.
Coordinate with car wash attendants and supervisors regarding completed services and customer requests.
Handle customer complaints politely and refer unresolved issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and internal controls.
Report any cash discrepancies, payment issues, or suspicious transactions immediately.
