Spice Production Assistant

Location: Musaffah Industrial Area, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Position: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Spice Production Assistant to support the daily production, filling, packaging, labelling, stock management, and preparation of spice products.

The successful candidate will help ensure products are prepared accurately, hygienically, safely, and according to company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

* Fill, pack, label, seal, and prepare spice products for customer orders and distribution.
* Operate filling and sealing equipment, including auger fillers, band sealers, and hand sealers.
* Repack spices into bottles, containers, pouches, or bags according to order requirements.
* Prepare required product quantities for deliveries and store distribution.
* Check finished products for correct quantity, packaging, labelling, and overall quality.
* Monitor inventory levels of spices, packaging materials, labels, and other production supplies.
* Check supplied products and stock at retail locations when required.
* Maintain an organized and clean production, packaging, and storage area.
* Follow daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules in accordance with food-safety and hygiene requirements.
* Use production equipment safely and report maintenance or equipment issues promptly.
* Assist with other production, fulfilment, stock, and operational duties as required.

Requirements

* High school education or equivalent preferred.
* At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred; food-handling experience or certification is an advantage.
* Basic computer skills.
* Good working knowledge of English.
* Able to understand and follow instructions accurately.
* Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Responsible for own transportation and accommodation.

Physical & Work Requirements

* Ability to lift and handle boxes or bags weighing up to 20 kg.
* Comfortable working in a spice production and packaging environment.
* Able to perform physical duties including standing, lifting, packing, cleaning, and moving stock.
* The working environment may include exposure to spice dust, herbs, nuts, and strong aromas.

Working Hours

Monday–Saturday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, including a one-hour lunch break
Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

The Spice Production Assistant is expected to maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, product quality, accuracy, teamwork, and workplace cleanliness at all times.
