I am writing to express my interest in the Worker Welfare Officer/Manager position in your esteemed organization. I bring over 20 years of GCC experience in administration, labour compliance, and worker welfare governance across major Tier-1 contractor and PMC-led environments in the UAE and Bahrain.
My first major worker welfare role under the FLS framework was on the Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi project (Miral), where I was responsible for supporting welfare compliance systems, workforce administration, and site-level labour governance. This foundation helped me build strong expertise in structured welfare frameworks, which I later applied across large-scale projects such as Expo 2020 Infrastructure & Pavilions and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi with BESIX Construct.
Currently, I work as a Senior Worker Welfare Compliance Officer at BESIX Construct in the UAE, leading the welfare governance systems at the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi project. My responsibilities included EPP/WWP/FLS compliance, subcontractor audits, grievance handling, worker engagement programs, and coordination with clients and relevant third-party stakeholders.
I am particularly motivated to join Miral projects again, as I have previously contributed to their high-standard welfare compliance environment and understand their expectations for ethical labour practices and audit excellence.
