role. I bring 12 years of luxury hotel hospitality experience with Emirates Palace Hotel, together with
3 years of private residence and VVIP household experience in Abu Dhabi. My background covers
high-standard butler service, villa operations, staff coordination, food and beverage service, guest
relations, front office support, wardrobe management and confidential service for high-profile families
and guests.
In my current and recent private household roles, I have supported and supervised daily residence
operations while maintaining discretion, professionalism and strong attention to detail. My
responsibilities include coordinating household staff such as chefs, drivers, therapists and cleaners;
ensuring residence areas are clean, organised and ready; managing wardrobe arrangements,
