With over seven years of progressive experience in dialysis nursing across India, Saudi Arabia, and now the UAE, I have developed strong clinical expertise in both in-clinic and home hemodialysis. Throughout my career, I have worked at reputable institutions including DG Hospital in Bangalore, Hopewell Multi Speciality Hospital in India, Davita Kidney Care in KSA, and currently at Aster Medical Centre in Abu Dhabi. I am proficient in operating advanced dialysis machines such as Nxstage, Fresenius 5008S, Fresenius 4008S, and B. Braun. My clinical skills include physical assessment, AV fistula cannulation, central venous catheter care, heparinization, management of intra-dialysis emergencies, infection control, and assisting in procedures such as intubation, pleural tapping, and CPR. In addition to my clinical duties, I have taken on administrative responsibilities including supervision of junior staff, orientation of new employees, patient scheduling, inventory management, and oversight of reverse osmosis plant operations. I also hold certifications in BLS and ACLS, and have attended training in critical care nursing, infection control, and disaster management.
