I am an experienced System & Network Administrator / Senior IT Support Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in banking, hospitality and leisure sectors across UAE and Pakistan. I am now working at Emirates Park Zoo & Resort in Abu Dhabi, managing enterprise IT infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Windows Servers, Active Directory, SonicWall firewalls, networking and end-user support for over 200 users.
Throughout my career I have managed server environments, implemented network security solutions, supported ERP systems, migrated critical infrastructure with no downtime and provided L2/L3 technical support. I love solving complicated IT issues, enhancing system performance and providing reliable technology solutions that support business operations.
