•Endpoint Management: SCCM / MECM, OS deployment, patching, software packaging
•Windows Servers: Installation, administration, troubleshooting
•Virtualization: VMware (ESXi, vCenter)
•MDM: Intune / Mobile device management
•ITSM / ITAM: Incident, change, asset management (SummitAI or similar)
•Security: Access control, hardening, compliance support
•Remote Support: RDP, Remote Assistance, enterprise troubleshooting
•Networking Basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
•Firewalls: Fortinet & Palo Alto (administration & support)
•Documentation & SOPs: Change records, audit support
