Throughout my career, I have been responsible for a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, and employee benefits administration. I have managed HR processes for a workforce of over 900 employees in a dynamic environment, demonstrating my ability to handle large-scale HR operations efficiently. Moreover, I have consistently built positive relationships with staff across all levels, ensuring smooth communication and a productive work environment.
In my current role, I have developed expertise in streamlining HR processes and handling tasks such as employee insurance, Emirates ID processing, and more. I also have experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance with labor laws and regulations, which I believe are essential in the HR Officer role.
