I am a Civil Engineer with over 12 years of professional experience in the UAE and Pakistan, specializing in fit-out projects, villa construction, maintenance works, consultancy supervision, and project management. Throughout my career, I have successfully managed and delivered retail, F&B, commercial, healthcare, and residential projects from planning and authority approvals through execution and final handover.
My experience includes managing more than 20 retail and F&B fit-out projects across Abu Dhabi, coordinating with consultants, contractors, mall management, and authorities while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and project specifications. I also possess strong expertise in project planning, QA/QC, BOQ preparation, procurement, subcontractor management, cost control, shop drawings, and site supervision.
