Job Details

Preparing BOQ from drawings and scope of work as per POMI standards.

Reviewing specifications, drawings & BOQ for accurate estimation.

Developing price based on production rates and subcontractor input.

Preparing cost breakdowns for material, plant, and labor.

Coordinating with other estimators and managers for tender submissions.

Preparing and submitting Interim Payment Applications (RA Bills).

Quantity take-off for interim payments and markup drawings preparation.

Identifying and evaluating variations as per client instructions.

Conducting quantity take-off, cost estimation, and price analysis for variation works.

Performing comparison studies based on supplier/subcontractor quotations.

Negotiating with suppliers & subcontractors, and verifying subcontractor bills.

Preparing Subcontractor Payment Certificates.
