* Proven experience as a Continental Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment.
* Strong knowledge of continental cuisine and international cooking techniques.
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
* Culinary certification or professional training is an advantage
