I have more than 13 years of professional culinary experience in hotels and restaurants, specializing in South Indian, North Indian, Continental, Chinese, Italian cuisine, and Bakery. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in menu planning, food preparation, food cost control, kitchen operations, staff supervision, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Most recently, I worked as a Chef in where I played a key role in setting up and managing a South Indian restaurant from the ground up. This experience strengthened my leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills while ensuring consistent food quality and guest satisfaction.
