Job Details

Experienced Executive Chef with over 10 years in the kitchen across Sri Lanka and the UAE, specialized in pastry and bakery. Currently leading the kitchen at a well-known cafe in Abu Dhabi, handling menu development, pastry & bakery production, inventory and cost control, event catering, and team training. Also experienced in freelance menu consulting for coffee shops.
Trained in food safety (HACCP, ISO 22000), with a strong background covering everything from hot kitchen and pastry sections to full kitchen management. Looking for a Chef, Pastry & Bakery Chef, or Head Chef position in Abu Dhabi.
