Currently working as a Project Coordinator in Tectronics WLL Abu Dhabi. Now I am currently seeking for the job in a good organization. My roles and responsibilities are mentioned below,
•Assisting and supporting the Project Manager & Engineer in their daily duties.
• Preparing ITR, MIR, Quotation, Technical Submittal, Reports (Daily, weekly and monthly).
• Preparing Pro forma Invoice to customer for the payment.
• Preparing Purchase orders in Sage 300 ERP software.
• Follow up payments from our customer with our approved copies.
• Arranging payments to Vendors in a proper manner.
• Tracking the materials delivery from the suppliers.
• Preparing Orders, Shipments and Invoice in Sage.
• Arranging deliveries to Customers on time.
• Filing each and every paper (ITR approved copy, MIR approved copy, Delivery notes, Invoices, Purchase orders, Orders from Customers, Suppliers Invoice, Quotation, Time sheets from Technicians as of the particular project)
• Attestation of supplier’s invoice, preparing receipt entry in sage and solve the inventory issues.
• Preparing an excel sheet for inventory materials for future use.
• Reviewing the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery.
• Responsible for handling the projects finances.
• Coordinating with Site engineers and make sure that all activities are going in a correct manner and keep records in weekly basics manner.
• Strong support to the site peoples of preparing entry passes, tools arrangements etc.
• Fingertip update of all projects under our organization.
• Acting as administrative support to Project Managers and Directors on projects.
• Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks.
• Helping the Contract Manager with the development of operating procedures.
• Writing up documentation for safety procedures.
• Communicating with project manager to report on project status.
• Resolving any financial queries that are raised.
• Involved in Coordinating projects from inception to completion.
• Developing training and briefing material for staff.
• Leading and organizing a team.
• Keeping in close contact with key project members and decision makers.
And also, I having working experience in technical side in 110/33-11 KV substation in India.
