Progress Reporting & Claims Management
Main Responsibilities
1. Pre-Construction Phase
Review project scope, contracts, and technical specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define deliverables and timelines.
Prepare detailed project execution plans, budgets, and work schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project).
Oversee the preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
2. Construction Phase
Supervise daily site activities through coordination with site engineers and foremen.
Monitor progress against schedule and budget; update plans as needed.
Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
3. Cost and Contract Management
Monitor project costs and control variations and change orders.
Approve invoices, progress payments, and subcontractor claims.
Track and manage contingency budgets and forecast final costs.
Prepare delay analysis and support the preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) claims if necessary.
4. Communication and Reporting
