 Progress Reporting & Claims Management
Main Responsibilities
1. Pre-Construction Phase
 Review project scope, contracts, and technical specifications.
 Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define deliverables and timelines.
 Prepare detailed project execution plans, budgets, and work schedules (Primavera P6, MS Project).
 Oversee the preparation of shop drawings, material submittals, and procurement schedules.
2. Construction Phase
 Supervise daily site activities through coordination with site engineers and foremen.
 Monitor progress against schedule and budget; update plans as needed.
 Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
 Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
3. Cost and Contract Management
 Monitor project costs and control variations and change orders.
 Approve invoices, progress payments, and subcontractor claims.
 Track and manage contingency budgets and forecast final costs.
 Prepare delay analysis and support the preparation of EOT (Extension of Time) claims if necessary.
4. Communication and Reporting
