Dear Hiring Manager,
Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my interest in Mechanical Engineer / MEP opportunities with your organisation in Dubai. With 9 years of MEP and EPC construction experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and India, I bring hands-on expertise in HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems, from design coordination through installation, testing, and commissioning, along with strong quantity surveying and cost estimation capability.
Most recently, as Mechanical Engineer at Shade Corporation Ltd in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, I led project execution for HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, and drainage systems, reviewed shop drawings and IFC drawings for code compliance, and prepared BOQs, MTOs, and cost estimates using PlanSwift, AutoCAD, and ZWCAD. Earlier, during more than four years with UAE-based contractors including TMC General Cont. & Electromechanical LLC and Entrax Electromechanical Works LLC, I delivered MEP works on landmark projects such as Mall of UAQ, multiple G+6/G+7 residential buildings, and UAQ University Building, managing full-lifecycle installation, testing, commissioning, and air and water balancing for HVAC systems alongside firefighting and plumbing works.
I am well-versed in ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, ASTM, NWC, and Saudi Building Code (SBC) standards, and I hold UAE Civil Defense certification along with a valid UAE driving license. My background combines site execution, technical documentation, and multi-trade coordination with a solid estimation and quantity surveying foundation, covering pre- and post-contract take-offs, RFQ preparation, and variation order management, allowing me to contribute effectively across both project execution and commercial aspects of MEP works.
I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how my experience in HVAC, firefighting, and plumbing systems, together with my UAE project background, could support your team's upcoming projects in Dubai. Thank you for considering my application. I look forward to the possibility of speaking with you further.

Yours sincerely,
Mukesh Kumar Pandit
