Experience: I have over 7 years of professional experience in accounting across India and the United Arab Emirates. I started my career in 2019, with more than 4 years of experience in India followed by over 2 years in the UAE since 2023.
Current Job Description:
Currently, I am working as an Accountant where I manage end-to-end accounting operations, including
monthly closing, financial reporting, and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts. I collaborate with project teams, banks, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. My responsibilities include preparing financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow), managing accounts payable/receivable. handling project costing, and maintaining strong internal controls.
I also oversee VAT filings, support external audits, and ensure compliance with UAE regulations. Additionally, I
manage trade finance activities, banking relationships, payroll processing as per WPS, and invoicing for ongoing projects in line with contracts and LPOs. I actively contribute to process improvements and support management in financial decision-making.
