Description

I'm selling a standing twist plate core trainer — a steel rotational platform I've used for core and oblique exercises. It's about 1–2 years old, in good condition and has had normal gym use. The unit features a diamond-pattern rotating plate set into a low U-shaped base and a vertical support post with two foam-grip handles for balance.
