The setup includes the steel power rack with multi-grip pull-up bar, an adjustable flat/incline bench, an Olympic barbell and several cast iron weight plates (20, 15, 10, 5 and 2.5kg pairs, and storage pins). The rack has multiple adjustment holes for safeties and J-cups, plate storage pegs, and a lat/row attachment cable (visible). Comes with 12 heavy duty gym floor mats of 1m x 1m each.
