Teeter ComforTrak Inversion Table - AED 700

WHAT IT'S FOR
You strap your ankles in and tilt back, letting your own bodyweight gently decompress your spine. If you sit at a desk all day, drive a lot, lift weights, or just finish the day feeling compressed, a few minutes on it takes the load off your lower back and stretches out the hips and spine in a way you can't easily replicate on the floor. Most people use it for 2-3 minutes at a time, morning or evening.
