Description

I'm selling a heavy bag rig and functional training frame that I've been using for about 6–12 months. It's in good condition with normal gym use — the metal frame is solid and stable, and the hanging hardware and chains are secure. Comes with a heavy punching bag and a couple of speed/teardrop bags attached; the rig also supports suspension trainers or other hanging accessories. Ideal for boxing, MMA, and general functional training. You can see some cosmetic scuffs from regular use but nothing affecting safety or performance. Pickup only; I can help with basic disassembly if needed.
