الوصف:

We are hiring an experienced Operations Manager to manage our Tourism and Travel business in UAE
Responsibilities
1. The Operations Manager will be overseeing the following primary responsibilities
• Air line Booking (IATA)
• Hotel and Accommodation Booking
• Tour Booking
• Activities Booking
• Event Booking
• Automobile, car, Rent a Car and transport Booking
• Visa Processing
2. The Operation Manager is primarily responsible for the top-line & bottom-line sales & services
3. Supervising purchase orders to book all operation services(Airline Booking, Transportation Booking, Hotel & Accommodation Booking, Events & Activities Booking, Tour Booking etc.) as requested from Sales and Reservations Departments
4. Respond to all urgent incidents reported by field staff, partners or operation officers
5. Update tour costing and ensure trips are running to budget and profitability
6. Manage and ensure incoming reports from field staff and service partners are picked up and acted upon.
7. Study, check and research for required information related to the tour such destinations, spot of interest…etc
8. Apply and manage cost control, quality levels and facilitate solutions
9. Ensure all guides, tour leaders and customers receive up to date tour information / documents
10. Maintain effective business relationship with service suppliers
11. Improve the quality of existing tours, services and operations procedures
12. To achieve weekly/ monthly/ yearly sales targets set by the managers.
13. Directly supervise all proceedings for assigned tours.
14. Administration of Websites & Online Reservation System
Must be willing to relocate
Candidates having knowledge of ICO/Lemax/TCI/Checkfront software will be preferred
Candidates speaking multiple languages will be an added advantage (optional) but must be able to communicate fluently in English
