We are looking for a highly organized and responsible Administrative Secretary to manage office coordination, support the owner, and ensure smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative, HR, and coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate all internal communication between staff and management
Handle HR-related emails and basic administrative documentation
Prepare and organize meetings (agenda, scheduling, follow-ups)
Manage petty cash and track daily expenses
Answer phone calls and WhatsApp messages professionally
Assign tasks and follow up with team members
Manage and prioritize the owner’s schedule and appointments
Draft and reply to emails, including offer letters and official communication
Organize and maintain files using Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations
Previous experience as secretary / admin / office coordinator
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (English required)
Experience in Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
Basic knowledge of HR/admin processes
Ability to handle pressure and take initiative
Professional attitude and responsibility
