Personal Assistant – Social Media, Technology & Research
We are looking for a smart, organized, and hardworking Personal Assistant who can help with daily tasks and make the work process easier and more organized.
The right person should be comfortable with computers, social media, technology, research, and video editing, and should be able to follow instructions and complete tasks properly and on time.
Main Duties:
Manage daily tasks and assist with general office and business work.
Help with social media such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other platforms.
Create and edit short videos, reels, and social media content.
Have good knowledge of computers, software, apps, and modern technology.
Do online research and find useful information quickly.
Search for suppliers, products, manufacturers, and services locally and internationally.
Compare suppliers, prices, quality, and offers and provide clear information.
Communicate with suppliers and companies when needed.
Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks without needing constant follow-up.
Organize files, information, contacts, and daily work.
Help find solutions and make the work process faster and easier.
Be able to learn new software, tools, and systems quickly.
Handle different tasks at the same time and manage priorities.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Arabic – both speaking and writing.
Very good computer and technology skills.
Experience with social media platforms.
Basic to good video editing skills.
Good research and internet search skills.
Able to find suppliers and products from **local and international markets.
Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Good communication skills.
Fast learner and willing to learn new things.
Able to follow instructions and work according to the required workflow.
Reliable, flexible, and willing to handle different types of tasks.
