Order Processing: Verify order accuracy, process transactions, and issue invoices.
Customer Support: Serve as point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, and providing after-sales support.
Database Management: Maintain and update customer records, contracts, and sales pipelines.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with the logistics, warehousing, and finance departments to ensure on-time delivery and process payments.
Education: A bachelor's degree preferably in finance would be advantageous
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and time management capabilities
