We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and hardworking Sales Staff to join our Hypermarket team in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers and provide excellent customer service.
Welcome customers and understand their requirements.
Promote and explain products, offers, and promotions.
Arrange and replenish products on shelves and displays.
Check product prices, labels, and expiry dates.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the sales area.
Monitor stock levels and inform the supervisor when replenishment is required.
Assist customers in locating products.
Support daily hypermarket operations and achieve sales targets.
Follow company policies and health & safety standards.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a supermarket/hypermarket or retail environment is preferred.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure in a busy retail environment.
Candidates available in the UAE are preferred.
