Lead, manage, and motivate the immigration sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies for immigration, work permit, residency, student visa, and related services.
Manage incoming leads from walk-ins, telephone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website enquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Ensure timely follow-up with prospective clients and maximize lead-to-client conversion.
Conduct consultations with clients to understand their immigration goals, eligibility, financial capacity, and preferred destinations.
Explain immigration programs, eligibility criteria, documentation, procedures, timelines, and professional fees accurately.
Monitor individual sales executives' performance and provide regular coaching, training, and mentoring.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and monitor achievement against KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, appointments, conversions, collections, and pending cases in the CRM.Review sales reports and identify areas requiring improvement.
Handle important, high-value, or difficult client negotiations and assist the team in closing deals.
Ensure that sales staff provide clients with accurate and transparent information and do not make misleading promises regarding visa approval, employment, immigration outcomes, or processing times.
Coordinate with the immigration processing/operations team to ensure smooth handover of sold cases.
Follow up on outstanding client payments and coordinate with accounts regarding collections.
Develop referral networks and business relationships to generate new immigration leads.
Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, seminars, exhibitions, and other lead-generation activities.
Track competitors, market trends, new immigration programs, and changes in visa policies relevant to the company's services.
