Techno Gulf Trading LLC is looking for an experienced Sales Executive to develop our MEP, plumbing and building-products business in Abu Dhabi.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with MEP contractors, consultants, developers, facility-management companies and trading companies, and following projects from enquiry through quotation, negotiation and order confirmation.
Key responsibilities and requirements:
Develop sales of MEP, plumbing and building-service products in Abu Dhabi.
Visit MEP contractors, consultants, developers and project sites regularly.
Identify new projects, customers and business opportunities.
Promote products including piping systems, fittings, valves, pumps, plumbing accessories and related MEP products.
Prepare and follow up quotations, enquiries and sales proposals.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms with customers.
Follow up outstanding quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
Develop strong relationships with purchasing teams, engineers, project managers and consultants.
Support product approvals and vendor-registration activities where required.
Maintain customer and project information and provide regular sales reports.
Coordinate with management, purchasing, logistics and accounts teams.
Follow up customer payments and outstanding receivables when required.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Candidate requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of UAE sales experience, preferably in MEP, plumbing, piping systems or building materials.
Good knowledge of the Abu Dhabi construction and MEP market.
Existing relationships with MEP contractors, consultants or construction companies will be an advantage.
Good communication, negotiation and customer-development skills.
Ability to work independently and develop new accounts.
Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
Good English communication skills.
Arabic language ability will be an advantage.
Candidates currently based in Abu Dhabi or UAE are preferred.
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Salary: Competitive salary plus sales incentive/commission, depending on experience.
