Cafe Supervisor – Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Cafe Supervisor to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the daily operations of the café and ensure smooth workflow.
* Monitor and manage food, beverage, and merchandise inventory.
* Coordinate stock ordering and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Ensure excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
* Supervise café staff and support team performance.
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and operational standards.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
* Assist with merchandising and product display.
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Café Supervisor or in a similar hospitality role.
* Strong knowledge of café operations and inventory management.
* Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality.
* Basic knowledge of operating coffee machines and preparing coffee beverages.
* Good communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
