About Us:
Yang Guofu (YGF) Malatang, a globally recognized Asian fast-casual restaurant, is opening a new branch in Al Wahda Mall this December! We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Steward to maintain the highest hygiene standards in our busy kitchen.
What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
Dishwashing: Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, utensils, and serving bowls efficiently using manual cleaning and dishwashing machines.
Kitchen Cleanliness: Sweep, mop, and wash kitchen floors and walls, ensuring the kitchen is spotless and safe to work in at all times.
Waste Management: Empty and clean trash bins regularly and ensure proper waste disposal according to mall regulations.
Equipment Maintenance: Deep clean kitchen appliances and food preparation stations at the end of the shift.
Safety & Hygiene: Strictly follow food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines (understanding basic food hygiene is a must).
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
Previous experience as a Kitchen Steward, Cleaner, or Dishwasher in a restaurant or hotel.
Excellent physical stamina – ability to stand for long hours and handle heavy lifting in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Basic English communication skills.
Knowledge of how to safely use cleaning chemicals and kitchen equipment.
A hardworking, reliable person with a positive attitude.
Candidates currently in the UAE ready to join immediately are preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 2,200 - 2,500 AED per month .
Visa: Full Employment Visa provided by the company.
Food: Duty Staff Meals provided.
