**Job Title: Waiter / Waitress**
**Department: Food & Beverage**
**Salary: AED 3,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience**
We are looking for experienced Arab Waiters and Waitresses to join our Food & Beverage team. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
* Present menus, explain menu items, and take accurate orders.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
* Coordinate with kitchen and beverage teams to ensure orders are correct.
* Respond courteously to guest requests and concerns.
* Prepare tables and maintain clean, organised dining areas.
* Process bills and payments accurately.
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
**Requirements**
* 3–5 years of experience as a waiter or waitress.
* Arab candidates with good communication skills in Arabic and English.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
* A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
* Punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods.
