Sales & Marketing Café Crew – Al Dhannah
We are looking for an energetic, proactive, and sales-oriented employee to join our F&B team in Al Dhannah.
The main responsibility is to attract customers, promote our products, increase daily sales, and support daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Actively promote food and beverage products and attract new customers.
* Create and support social media content and local marketing activities.
* Promote offers, combos, and new products to increase sales.
* Build relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
* Assist with preparing Mexican food, Boba, hot & cold drinks, and light desserts.
* Maintain cleanliness and support daily kitchen operations.
* Provide excellent customer service.
We are looking for someone who is:
* Proactive and self-motivated.
* Confident and comfortable with sales.
* Creative and able to attract customers.
* Social-media savvy.
* Willing to work in the kitchen when needed.
* Able to work independently without constant supervision.
* Customer-focused and results-oriented.
Location: Al Dhannah, Western Region – UAE
Salary: AED 2,000+ incentives based on performance
Experience in sales, F&B, or social media marketing is preferred.
