Leasing Executive – Abu Dhabi
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Leasing Executive to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the local property market and a proven ability to manage leasing inquiries, conduct property viewings, and successfully close deals. We provide strong internal support, including listings and marketing leads, to help you maximize your performance and earnings.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
Valid UAE driving license
Must own a car
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of local leasing procedures and market trends
Responsibilities:
Handle and respond to leasing inquiries
Conduct property viewings with clients
Negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements
Build and maintain relationships with clients and landlords
Stay updated on market conditions and available properties
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: AED 1,000
Commission: 50/50 split
Company-provided listing support and marketing leads
High earning potential based on performance
