Job Description


We seek to recruit an Advisor CorporateCommunication to build up excellence in Corporate Communication Departmentwithin the company. Applicants should have Master degree in marketing, publicrelations or communication from an accredited university or equivalent and notless than 15years of public relation experience locally and internationally.
The incumbent should have developed global Communicationand PR strategy for a large company. A rich experience in mediarelation and issue managements, spokesperson training, strategic marketingalliances, special events and strong editing and writing skills.
The job responsibilities requires but notleast with supporting the development of corporate communication function,goal, objectives and program. Research and develop a corporate communicationstrategies standards and practices that elicit the objective of the company andenforce implementation throughout the organization. The job performancerequired excellent communication skills in English language & Arabic (preferred)and strong management skills.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, your main accountabilities willinclude:

Building and developing strong relationships with key media and other external stakeholders
Preparing communication strategies, media releases, issue briefs and media responses
Developing and editing key internal communication pieces and ensure they are relevant for specific audiences
Working closely with the team and other stakeholders to help identify media and internal issues and opportunities
Building strong relationships across the company to become a trusted advisor
Providing crisis and issues support when needed

Skill set

A tertiary and post graduate qualification in communications or similar field
Demonstrated experience dealing with media in a high-profile environment
Exceptional written and spoken communication skills in both English and Arabic
Strong research and presentation skills
Confidence in advising senior executives
Resilient with ability to work autonomously and with ambiguity
Experience in a large and complex corporation (preferred)
