• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and to promote the company’s key services in line with its promotions, store business plan, and the shop’s sales targets.
• Effectively utilise all resources to develop and maximise sales, which includes tailoring product displays and store layouts to reflect consumer demand and trading patterns. Monitoring local and internal competition adopting a creative approach to sales and dealing efficiently with customer queries.
• Be responsible for their own personal development, increasing their product knowledge and participating in industry training courses and passing knowledge on to junior members of the team.
• Practice a high level of stock and cash control in line with the company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate and maintain a professional attitude to work, acting responsibly as an BEVERAGE l retailer and ensuring other team members do likewise
• Perform other duties as requested by their line managers.
