Technical Consultant
Tranetech Software Solution LLC is an Abu Dhabi based enterprise software company delivering scalable ERP, CAFM, Property Management and business automation solutions. We partner closely with clients to understand their operational and financial workflows and transform them into reliable, user-friendly digital systems that support long-term business growth.
Role Summary
The Technical Consultant plays a critical role in bridging client business requirements with technical implementation. This position focuses on functional requirement analysis, client communication, system validation, documentation, and solution demonstrations, while ensuring high standards of quality, usability, and compliance across enterprise applications.
Qualifications
B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
Strong understanding of web-based application architecture
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Requirement Management
Engage with clients to understand business processes, objectives, and operational workflows
Analyze client requirements and convert them into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and process flows
Validate requirements with stakeholders before development initiation
Act as a functional bridge between clients, project managers, and development teams
2. Functional Validation
Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients
Ensure system functionality meets agreed business logic, usability, and performance expectations
Perform regression testing after fixes or enhancements to ensure system stability
3. Client Demos & Solution Walkthroughs
Conduct system demonstrations, feature walkthroughs, and implementation reviews
Explain technical functionality in business-friendly language to non-technical stakeholders
Support pre-go-live and post-deployment validation sessions
4. Documentation & Technical Writing
Prepare and maintain functional specifications, user manuals, SOPs, and release notes
Document workflows, system behaviors, and configuration details for client handover
Ensure documentation supports training, support, and audit requirements
5. Business & Financial Understanding
Understand finance-related workflows such as invoicing, billing, payments, approvals, and reporting
Validate financial and operational logic within the system
Ensure data accuracy, control checkpoints, and reporting consistency
6. Reporting & Project Support
Monitor project progress from a functional and quality perspective
Identify risks related to scope, requirements, or usability and recommend corrective actions
Prepare project status updates, quality metrics, and validation reports for management and clients.
