JOB SUMMARY

The main duty of the Waiter/Waitress is to provide an exceptional experience to the restaurants guests, to serve them food and drinks according to their orders and deliver them the best possible service in order to create customer retention. He/she has to follow without failure the instructions given from the Branch Manager, Supervisor and Captain in order to optimize the operational performance, the revenues and the profitability of the restaurant. Waiters need to be constant on stations, be attentive and ready for business.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provide the highest standards of service quality and speed in order to maximize guests’ satisfaction and create the utmost customer retention.
2. Maximize the revenue of the assigned station by actively following the instructions of branch management.
3. Ensure the highest standard of hygiene and cleanliness in the dining room as well in the back areas as per required standards by providing support in any kind of cleaning job in any area of the restaurant required by branch manager or supervisor.
4. Actively promote services and products of the restaurant on a kind approach to the guests.
5. Contribute in providing an image of hospitality, cleanliness and freshness of our restaurant to the customers.
6. Work in a team with mutual respect helping colleagues in any kind of task/activity required and needed.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Branch Manager/Supervisor and follow up any kind of priority required in order to get the smoothest operation in the restaurant.
