URGENT HIRING – ALL-ROUND AC TECHNICIAN/FOREMAN
📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are seeking an experienced All-Around HVAC Technician to join our team in Abu Dhabi.
🔧 JOB POSITION
All-Round HVAC Technician / FOREMAN
📌 REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AC/HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
• Good knowledge of residential and commercial AC systems
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot AC faults
• Good electrical and mechanical knowledge
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and preventive maintenance works
🛠️ TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Experience in:
. VRF / VRV Systems (Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance is compulsory.)
• Air-Cooled & Water-Cooled Chillers – (Experience in troubleshooting and maintenance is compulsory.)
• Split AC – Wall Mounted & Floor Standing
• Ductable Split Units
• Package Units
• Cassette AC Units
• FCU / AHU / FAHU
• Compressor replacement and troubleshooting
• Refrigerant charging and recovery
• Leak detection and repair
• Vacuuming, pressure testing and system flushing
• Electrical troubleshooting and control wiring
• Preventive & corrective maintenance
• AC installation, servicing and commissioning
📋 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Attend to AC breakdown and maintenance complaints
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration faults
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
• Perform refrigerant charging and leak testing
• Replace compressors, motors, capacitors, contactors and other components
• Carry out AC installation and dismantling works
• Maintain service reports and job completion reports
• Follow company safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping
• Communicate professionally with customers and site representatives
👷 CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a hardworking, responsible and technically skilled technician who can identify problems quickly and complete AC maintenance and repair works properly.
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent qualification is preferred.
💰 SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 per month, depending on experience and technical skills.
