We are looking for an experienced and skilled Mobile Phone Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mobile phones, smartphones, and tablets.
Perform hardware repairs including screen, battery, charging port, speaker, microphone, camera, and other component replacements.
Troubleshoot software issues, operating system problems, and mobile-related errors.
Perform motherboard-level repair and IC replacement when required.
Conduct proper testing and quality checks after every repair.
Handle customer devices carefully and maintain proper records of repairs.
Provide professional customer service and explain repair requirements clearly.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the repair area.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Mobile Phone Technician is required.
Good knowledge of Android and iOS devices.
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
Experience in motherboard-level repair will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Candidates available to join immediately are preferred.
