Set on the banks of the creek and along the Links Championship Golf Course, Crowne Plaza Hotel is located at on one of the country's most ambitious developments, Yas Island. The close proximity to the airport and only 40 minutes into Abu Dhabi City makes this prime location an easy accessible choice for business & leisure travellers.

We are currently looking to recruit a Guest Relations Supervisor to join our Front Office team.

You should have sound knowledge of the hotel's facilities and services. You will be responsible to welcome guests, handle check in and checkout procedures. Ensures maximum guest satisfaction. Escort VIP guest arrival and ensure to orient the guest with hotel and room facilities. Communicate VIP arrivals to designated personnel for escort and delivery of amenities. Take action to solve guest problems and complaints using appropriate service recovery guidelines.

You will possess a warm and welcoming personality. You will need to be flexible with working hours and be a team player. Fluency in English and experience in Front Office Department is required. Knowledge of Opera system is preferred.
