🏗️ Job Vacancy: Operations & Project Manager (Carpentry & Joinery)

Location: Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years (Must have solid experience in UAE carpentry workshop/joinery management)
### Job Purpose
Goldenfork Carpentry is seeking a highly skilled, proactive Operations & Project Manager to oversee our manufacturing workshop in Mussafah and manage on-site project deliveries. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design, workshop production, and final installation, ensuring high quality, strict cost control, and timely completion.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Workshop & Production Management
Manage daily operations of the Mussafah carpentry workshop, supervising carpenters, painters, and fabricators.
Translate design drawings into accurate cutting lists and direct production workflows to maximize efficiency.
Maintain strict quality control on all custom joinery, cabinetry, and furniture fabrication before it leaves the workshop.
2. Project Execution & Site Supervision
Oversee projects from site measurement and material procurement to final handover.
Coordinate project timelines, track material usage, minimize wastage, and strictly manage project costs.
Act as the direct point of contact for clients and contractors, providing updates and ensuring seamless site coordination.
### Candidate Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on management experience specifically within a carpentry workshop, joinery unit, or interior fit-out company in the UAE.
Location: Must be currently residing in Abu Dhabi. Candidates ready for immediate joining are highly preferred.
Preferred Profile: Indian nationals to align with our team dynamics and smooth communication.
Technical Skills: Flawless ability to read and interpret detailed production drawings, blueprints, and material specifications.
Language: Must be fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi. (Knowledge of Malayalam is a massive advantage).
Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is a significant advantage for site visits.
