Job Description:
We are looking for a Mechanical (Mainly Design) / MEP Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in an Engineering Consulting Firm in the UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi). The candidate should have strong experience in MEP design, authority submissions, site coordination, and sustainability requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and review of Mechanical / MEP drawings and calculations
* Coordination with Architectural, Structural, and other engineering disciplines
* Handling authority submissions and approvals
* Site inspections and coordination with contractors
* Review of shop drawings and material submittals
* Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Estidama, and Pearl Rating System requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 3–4 years UAE experience in an Engineering Consulting Firm (Mandatory)
* Estidama Certification is Mandatory
* Experience in Pearl Rating System requirements
* Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems
* Revit & BIM knowledge will be an advantage
* Good communication and coordination skills
🚫 Candidates without UAE consultancy experience and Estidama certification should not apply.
