Hiring: MEP Engineer / Expert Foreman (Luxury Villas)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
We are a growing construction company delivering premium, high-end luxury villas across Abu Dhabi. We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented MEP Engineer or Expert Foreman to join our team and ensure our mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems match the flawless luxury finish of our structures.
If you have a critical eye for hidden details, love clean layouts, and know how to coordinate premium installations, we have a spot for you—either full-time or as a flexible part-time consultant.
The Role:
Supervise and optimize MEP installations (full electrical work, advanced plumbing, smart lighting, and automated systems).
Bring a team for specific task in projects
Coordinate seamlessly with civil teams, fit-out specialists, and consultants.
Ensure all work is executed with precision before finishes and cladding go in.
Navigate Abu Dhabi authority approvals (ADDC, Municipality, Civil Defense) smoothly.
What We’re Looking For:
Deep experience in luxury residential villa projects within Abu Dhabi.
A hands-on problem solver who can guide site teams and spot errors before they happen.
For part-time candidates: Ability to commit to supervise work, crucial site visits and milestone inspections.
