1. Driving & Transportation
Transport staff safely to and from assigned locations as per the daily schedule.
Follow the most efficient and safe routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
Ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
Physically fit and able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or split shifts if required.
2. Vehicle Maintenance & Safety
Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle (fuel, oil, water, tire pressure, brakes, lights, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle (interior and exterior).
Report any mechanical issues, unusual noises, or required repairs immediately to the Transport Supervisor.
Ensure the vehicle is serviced regularly and kept in good running condition.
3. Compliance & Documentation
Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company driving policies.
Maintain an accurate log of daily trips, mileage, fuel usage, and service records.
Ensure valid driving license and company permits are up to date.
Adhere to company policies on safety, conduct, and confidentiality.
4. Customer Service & Conduct
Display professional behavior and courteous communication with all staff and passengers.
Maintain a positive and responsible attitude while on duty.
