• Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi - Full-time (We may accept Freelance)
• Industry: Landscape Design & Build - Luxury Villas & Palaces
• Compensation: Salary Based on Experience + Visa + Medical Insurance
Responsibilities:
• Prepare complete 2D shop drawings (Softscape, Hardscape, Irrigation, Lighting)
• Create high-quality 3D renders & walkthrough videos (D5 Render / Lumion)
• Quantity Take-off, BOQ preparation and irrigation network planning
• Material & plant selection suitable for UAE climate
• Coordinate with site team and present designs to clients
Requirements:
• 3+ Years UAE Experience in PRIVATE VILLAS Design
• Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5 / Lumion, Photoshop
• Knowledge on quantity surveying and irrigation system design
• Knowledge of outdoor lighting systems
• Preferably based in Abu Dhabi.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Female Arabic-speaking candidates preferred.
• Flexibility to work from home during the first six months, with site visits as required.
