We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Cashier cum Customer Service & Sales Support to join our team. This is a unified front-of-house role where you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling everything from POS transactions to sales recommendations and omnichannel customer support.
Key Responsibilities (All-in-One Role):
• Cashiering & POS: Manage daily transactions accurately using our POS system (Foodics experience is a major plus), process cash/card payments, and generate shift reports.
• Omnichannel Sales & Order Management: Actively receive and manage incoming orders across multiple channels, including direct phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms. Recommend menu items and upsell products to maximize sales.
• Customer Service: Welcome dine-in and takeaway customers, handle online inquiries, reply to direct messages, and coordinate delivery orders efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a hybrid front-of-house role (Cashier/Customer Service) within the F&B industry.
• Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory. Speaking and understanding the Arabic language is highly preferred. (Conversational skills in French, Hindi, or Nepali are an added advantage).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates must be currently residing inside the UAE and ready to join immediately.
