Job Title: Workshop Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee the daily operations of the workshop.

Requirements:

Strong experience in workshop management and operations
Good knowledge of spare parts and heavy vehicle maintenance
Ability to manage workshop staff and supervise daily activities
Experience in handling daily sales, customer coordination, and job scheduling
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to ensure quality work and timely completion of repairs and maintenance

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily workshop operations and sales activities
Manage and supervise workshop technicians and staff
Monitor repair and maintenance work for heavy vehicles and buses
Maintain spare parts coordination and inventory control
Ensure workplace safety and operational efficiency
Handle customer inquiries and service coordination
