A leading Realestate company in Abudhabi urgently seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to manage our financial operations. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with regulations, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management.
.Oversee and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.
• Prepare and review monthly, weekly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with VAT and other tax regulations in the UAE.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop, monitor, and manage budgets for various projects.
• Provide financial forecasts and insights to support strategic decision-making.
3. Real Estate-Specific Accounting:
• Track and manage transactions related to leasing, property management, and development projects.
• Reconcile client and vendor accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
4. Audit and Compliance:
• Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring all financial records comply with regulatory standards.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and accounting standards relevant to the real estate industry. 5. Financial Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate detailed reports for stakeholders, highlighting key financial metrics and insights.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements and skills
• Only Asian Nationalities
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of work experience in Abroad and must have experience up to the monthly accounts finalisation .
• MS Excel, word, ERP, Outlook and Tally .
• Academic qualification: Bachelor/Master in Accounting and finance, CA, ACCA, CPA
• Location: Abudhabi, MBZcity • Salary: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000
