Job Title: Accountant & Operations Support, Restaurant, Abu Dhabi
Monthly Salary: AED 2,000
Location: Abu Dhabi
Working Days: 6 days per week
Preference: Candidates with valid UAE residence visas

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a single-branch restaurant in Abu Dhabi looking for a disciplined, reliable and hands-on accountant who can take complete ownership of our accounting, financial compliance and cost controls.
This is NOT a desk-only accounting job. Since we operate one restaurant, you will also support daily restaurant operations, including helping at the order counter during busy hours.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage end-to-end accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations and monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet and cash flow).
2. Prepare and file UAE VAT returns and Corporate Tax returns, ensuring full compliance with FTA requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records of all sales, purchases, expenses, invoices and payments.
4. Monitor food costs, wastage, inventory, supplier prices and profitability. Identify opportunities to reduce costs.
5. Manage accounts payable and receivable, supplier payments, outstanding collections and cash flow.
6. Reconcile daily POS sales, cash, card payments and delivery aggregator settlements (Talabat, Deliveroo, Noon, etc.).
7. Support payroll, employee records, WPS coordination and other accounting-related compliance requirements.
8. Maintain organized financial records and coordinate audits, tax documentation and regulatory requirements.
9. Work onsite with the restaurant team, assist the manager at the order counter during rush hours and provide other reasonable operational support when required.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven accounting experience, preferably in restaurants, catering or F&B.
- Good knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and accounting compliance.
- Comfortable with Excel, accounting software and POS systems.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity and cost-control mindset.
- Willing to work hands-on and support restaurant operations.
- Fluent in English.
- Preferably already holding a valid UAE residence visa, with legal authorization to work.
COMPENSATION
AED 2,000 fixed monthly salary.
6 working days per week.
This is a full-time, onsite position, combining accounting responsibilities with operational support. Please apply only if you are comfortable with the salary, working schedule and the full scope of responsibilities.
